I ran across an interesting article today on CNNMoney.com. The article discusses greatness and what it takes to achieve great success. According to the author, recent research findings show that practice and hardwork are a much greater indicator of success than natural talent. As someone who feels driven to constantly learn more and try to improve my existing skillset, it was a liberating and empowering read.
